Who I Coach

Executive coaching works best when you and your coach are connected by familiar leadership experiences. It creates an understanding of the business and organisational issues that you manage. And the unique challenges you face in leading a complex organization.

My clients are typically C-suite executives or senior leaders with significant organisational responsibilities in the private or public sectors. My experience as the CEO of a public company and
as a pharmaceutical physician in government and industry, means that I have particular experience working with executives and senior leaders who manage uncertainty and complexity, particularly in
the biotech, pharmaceutical, hospital, and university sectors.
