Dr. Mark Levick is the former CEO of a public biotech company and a senior leader with 30 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical, hospital, university and government sectors, having
lived and worked in Australia, UK, USA and Switzerland.

Mark has successfully lived the challenge of senior leadership in complex organisations. He understands the importance of authentic and purposeful leadership in helping people, teams and
organisations to connect with their core values and do their best work. Mark believes in the incredible capacity of people to develop and prosper whilst fulfilling their goals in work and life.

Mark is a specialist physician and he practiced medicine in university hospitals in Australia and the UK for more than 12 years before joining the pharmaceutical industry as a medicines regulator. Mark led global R&D organisations in the USA and Europe before becoming the CEO of a global biopharmaceutical company. Mark trained as an executive coach at the University of Cambridge, where he now teaches coaching at postgraduate level.

Mark qualified in medicine at the University of Newcastle, Australia, and he holds a PhD and a diploma in coaching from the University of Cambridge. Mark is a fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and the Australian College of Tropical Medicine. He is an active member of the Australian Society of Psychological Medicine. Mark and his wife have four adult children and they divide their time between Switzerland and Australia.
